Buzz Lightyear's Astro Blasters - Help

I downloaded this game and got it all set up but I have a problem. When it goes to update, it downloads the file but says it can't install (or something to that degree). My firewall permits all it's rules and the game runs fine in training. Can anyone help me fix this? Also, if I can't get it fixed then can someone who can play the game, get me a VMK code? Thanks in advance for anyhelp.

The link is in the Player's guide. Just click on the buzz lightyear icon and you are there. Simple to download and install. Challenging to play on a laptop!
