Disney's customer service really does shine. Most companies would just blow you off or send some robo-reply. The fact that you got a call from an actual human is really cool.

Here's hoping they fix it and you can start maxing those scores again soon

but your scores are crazy and my kids were like "please tell me the stuff he posted to help us score better"!! And I was like - NOPE.

Wait wait wait...what??? He posted how to do that somewhere? I missed it!!!! I always stink at this game because I can't move my eyes fast enough to find the stuff before we are moving on and DH kicks my tail. Just once I would like to kick his! LOL!!!

I've posted my standard tips a number of times. They shouldn't be too hard to find. Try the forum search function. However, if you absolutely can't find 'em, let me know.
