buzz cup competition mode buddy names

What do you have to do to get the buzz cup. Is it on VMK? or at Disneyland?

All you have to do is follow me smark lol.

Seriously though the way to get the cup is you have to capture the evil Zurg.
See the medals in my sig? That doesnt help you get the buzz cup pin.

At the part at the end where you shoot his legs off.
There is a flyby and he drops a smart bomb. And Zurg partialy explodes.
Then all the battries and stuff comes out.

Grab all you can but be prepared. when he starts to fly way, shoot at him
and you must destroy his ship. Focus on the head of his ship and copy his movement. Pay a little attention to your tracer fire. too. It lets you know if your missing, adjust fire. Zurg moves in a weird crazy 8, lazy S-move pattern.

Once he comes out you must grab him (right click) and reel him in. He is the thing in the red circle. Do that and you get the cup evertime.

Well no wonder i never catch Zurg! I didn't know you had to right click him then. I thought we had to keep firing on him.

I guess I will just have to try that again. I've played a whole 3 times. I can't hit the broad side of a barn with those ships. LOL But it's fun trying.

My name is PerkyPixie, or we might be playing under DH's name of PalAdventure.

We won the Buzz Cup several times, but I would say the codes were recognized in VMK only about 25% of the time.
