Buying UK Annual Pass from WDW

Hi guys, I'm at WDW right now and I have a 14 day ultimate ticket. I want to buy an annual pass, so I tried Hollywood Studios guest relations and asked them to check the price for me to upgrade from my 14 day ultimate to an annual pass. They told me it would be $396
They said that was because my ticket includes water park options so I can only upgrade to a Premium Annual Pass, not the regular AP.

Just wondered if anyone knows if this is correct. I don't want a premium AP, just the regular one. I'm planning on asking at other parks too.

Ask again - Wayne had different prices everywhere he asked and even the same place he got different prices.

As long as you haven't used the plus options you should be allowed to upgrade to regular APs.

Thank you. I haven't used the plus options and don't plan to. I will ask at MK later and see what they come up with.

If it helps, I upgraded mine at DTD. She originally only quoted the PAP price but when I advised I only wanted the regular AP she checked that I had not used any of the plus options and then said I could do the regular AP.

Well I ended up going to MK and AK to ask about upgrading to a regular AP. They both gave me the price of $263, which left me wondering if it'll be that price everywhere. Not sure if this is around what other people have paid?

The $263 seems about right. The AP is $611 less the $263 gives you about £232 at a rate of $1.50

APs jumped quite a bit in price this year which doesn't help.
