We have been up most of last night and this morning comparing all of our pros/cons but after months of considering DVC we are buying today! Hopefully I will be able to learn the in/outs of DVC planning

Thanks for all the well wishes! We are excited to begin our new Disney adventures! We bought direct from a family friend(Realtor) and our home will be Animal Kingdom. We have 4 small children and it has become very costly to travel to the Magic Kingdom. On our last trip (Oct. 2010) we stayed at SSR and almost bought then.

We bought 6 years ago to take our grandchildren. Funny but we have gone to Disney just as many times as when we have had our family with us. Love it everytime.
