Thinking of buying our tickets at Undercover Tourist. We aren't going until May though....will I be able to put the tickets into my MDE, use them to get our FP+ at 30 days out?

Also, what if our plan is cancelled (a very real possibility due to health issues)....can the tickets just sit in MDE for however long it takes us to be able to get there? Is there an expiration date?

Undercover Tourist is the only authorized discount ticket place I know of....are there others, that might be a better discount? The 10 day only has an $11 discount.....it's $11 x 3 of us so that's at least a meal, lol....but is there somewhere I can do better? (not interested in ebay or other non-authorized....to afraid of being ripped off).

1. Yes.
2. Yes.
3. No.
4. Many.
5. Maybe. But, that can change and the differences can be very small.
6. Are you sure? Did you figure in TAX on the Disney prices?
UT prices include the tax, Disney prices usually do not.

Weirdly, it is only $11 difference for that ticket.

I remember the days before FP+ when you could buy a shorter ticket with a larger savings and then add days when you arrived. Unfortunately now if you buy a 5 or 6 day ticket you can't schedule your fastpasses for the last days of your vacation until you get there.

I'm actually a support of FP+ but this was an unfortunate side effect of the change.

I have always bought my disney tickets thru Mapleleaf...I don't think there is too much of a price difference, but shopping around can only help...just be careful about price comparisons...some vendors include sales tax in their advertised price while others don't.

AAA has discounts. They vary by geo area and branch.
If you have access, TicketsatWork has very goo discounts. My daughter bought her tickets for her February trip from them. 7 days for the price of 4 and the 4 day ticket was discounted. They where hoppers.

I have used Undercover Tourist several times and never had any issues. I actually bought passes for our May trip, back in September! They are linked to my MDE account, and will be ready for use via our MagicBands when we go (I am also bringing the actual tickets with us, just in case of technical difficulties on Disney's end).

When I looked it up, the discount was in the $11 range for all of the expiring base tickets. Just odd. But their discounts do vary! Guess we're just looking at a low-discount time.

I've been very satisfied with tickets through Undercover Tourist. This year, if I did my math correctly, I got a lower price buying from Disney using Disney gift card purchased at 5% discount at Target.

I have TicketsatWork too and was considering buying them but was a little nervous that there would be downsides? Did she notice anything? Can I still make FP+ at 60 days for staying on property?

No problems so far. Once she got the physical tickets she was able to link them to her magic bands. She was making her FP+ choices right at the 60 day mark.
