Buying Tickets at the Welcome Center

Hello! I'm staying at the Hilton and will be dropping off my bags at the Welcome Center when I get off the train at Maihama. Question: Can I buy a three day pass at the Welcome Center as well?

The plan is Disney Sea on day 1, Disneyland on day 2, and park hopping on Day 3.

The bummer is it may rain two of those three days, but I guess that means crowds will be lighter. Can't wait!!!

Yes. We went in July and bought our tickets at the Welcome Center.
