I apologize if this question has been asked already, but I think I've read prior to this that you can buy theme park tickets while you are at certain resorts? Can you do this at at PC? If you can, do you do this when you check in or do you need to get in a separate line? Has anyone done this and did you have to wait in line long? :confused3

Thank you!

You can buy tickets at every Disney resort.

I'm not sure if PC has switched over to Lobby Concierge yet. If they haven't, you should still be able to get the tickets at the front desk when you are checking in. If they have, you will have to get in line for the LC as the front desk will no longer be handling tickets.

Okay, thank you! Maybe I'll call the Resort ahead of time and ask.

One thing to keep in mind... if you buy your tickets BEFORE you arrive at Disney, you can qualify for advanced purchase discounts.

You mean from Disney.com? I tried that, but the web site won't let me purchase one FL resident ticket and one non-FL resident ticket at the same time. I have to purchase them separately and pay for shipping twice - which I'm not willing to do. I did e-mail Disney about this, but all I got in response was a form letter tooting the wonders of the new MYW tickets and didn't address my problem.

Advance purchase discounts are only available on MYW tickets of 5 days or longer. If that is what you need, you can order online from Disney and select will call to pick them up when you get to WDW. No shipping charges are incurred. If the tickets you want are less than 5 days, there is no price advantage by pre-ordering them from Disney.

Oh! I had no idea I could pick them up when we get to Disney. Is there a particular place I go, or do I specify which Resert. I'm sorry I couldn't respond to you sooner, GoldenOldie, but I've been sick in bed for three days. I'll go back to the Disney.com site and check this out.
