Buying special event tickets via the app?

My app will not allow me to do it but it also won't give me my 15% discount while mobile ordering so I never know what the app is supposed to be able to do. On your app with your AP can you buy special event tickets for the Halloween party today? And if that is not possible can you buy the Halloween tickets today through the website due to you having an AP? Or are they only available for AP holders if you call and wait on hold?

I don’t think you can do it on the app. Only the main website. If you have an active AP log into your account online and you should be able to buy them. Only DVC/visa members have to call.

When I try to enter my AP it says that the AP is already in use. GRRRRRRRR I swear Disney's tech is the worst of any company I deal with.

Someone on the main Halloween thread said phone wait times are a lot less so it would be worth it to call. Also there’s a live chat feature you can try.

I initially had issues getting my discount on mobile ordering. I called and the girl said that it was because my husband was the "main" person on the account She did whatever she needed to do on her end and got the discount to work. As far as buying Oogie Boogie tix, I did that on my laptop this morning.
