I got so sick of my DS9 keeping a tally in his head and the reminding me that DD3 got so much worth while he only spent such & such. I tried to keep to a budget but we were away for 2 and a half weeks. Next time I'm buying pre paid Visa card and when they run out - they're done!

My kids couldn't care less until we are there, but by then, I have tons of surprises in their suitcases. I buy a lot off ebay, and once you add shipping, it is not always a great bargain. I am guilty of getting crazy in the heat of bidding. If there is a bidding war in the last few moments of the auction, I start commando bidding. Please do not do that. Decide ahead the highest you would pay for an item and bid that. I am the one with the problem, not the kids. If I did not buy the stuff at a discount before the fact, I would buy it at full price + at WDW.
