The going rate to rent points is $10 per point. For 200 points that would be $2,000. Your member rate is only $1,000 for the 2 nights. I doubt you will find someone to rent points for under $5 per point to be less than your member rate.
You may want to check with CRO for an AP, Visa or Code rate. They are sometimes less than the member rate. I am paying $270 plus tax for a 1 bedroom at OKW on a Friday night in May, the member rate is $288 plus tax. It would be 48 points, so it doesn't make sense to rent. Plus the AP rate gives you full housekeeping.
Edit - I was just looking at the calendar and points chart. April 17 is a Saturday, that would be 100 points, April 18 is a Sunday, that would only be 30 points. April 17 is peak season, the member rate would be $510 plus tax, April 18 is regular season, the member rate would be $420 plus tax. They would have to do a separate reservation for each night. You also could pay cash for Saturday night and rent points for Sunday night.
