Buying more than 1 DVC AP per person

We are wanting to buy an extra DVC AP for each of us. 3 reasons:

1. Don't know how long they will be offering the DVC discount
2. Discover is offering 5% discount on all internet purchases(this is an old post, not available now)
3. To get them at this price in case they raise the price (or should I say WHEN they raise the price).

Anywhoo, my husband wanted to be assured that those extra vouchers would not expire (cash them in in 2007 or so). I spoke with 4 different Disney people (from the AP people to the DVC people to the ticketing people and someone else, can't remember who) and nobody could answer this question. I know you guys can! These vouchers do not expire, right?? TIA

We had vouchers for almost a year before we activiated them and there was no expiration date on them.

My husband is also interested in knowing if you can have more than one voucher per person. True, they don't expire, but can one person have more than one voucher?

Sure, you can purchase as many as you wish - but then your money is committed to Disney. The "gamble" is that the future cost of the AP will rise more than what you could earn on your money. IMO, the rate of inflation for APs will not rise faster than what I can invest my $$$ and the DVC discount is not going away, at least anytime soon.

Wow...sure am glad that I bought (last Dec) some "extra" AP's and also 10-day hopper tickets before the second price increase today.
