buying more points

anyone buy points from a website called dvcbyresale.com? I want to (permenantly) add to what I already have and this was the only site I found. I have to finance and the company they use charges 10.99% to finance. That seems quite high. Any feedback or suggestions would be helpful. Should I call member services

If you want to add-on direct from Disney you would call your guide not MS.

Credit is tight everywhere, so expect to pay a higher interest rate as a result. The smart thing would be to wait until you've saved up the money before adding more points. Going into debt for a luxury like dvc is not smart in my opinion. I paid cash for each of my points, doing it with 14 add-ons after the original purchase. The economy was much better back then - no way would I consider financing today!

You might also want to take a look at the banner across the top of this board. The Timeshare Store is the sponsor of the DVC Boards and has many, many satisfied customers here. There are several other sites who also sell DVC contracts, including the one you mentioned. Many DISers have purchased (and sold) DVC thru The Timeshare Store and several other brokers.
