Buying merchandise at in-park Starbucks

If I just want to buy a You Are Here mug at the in-park Starbucks, do I have to wait in the regular line where you order food and beverages or do they have a separate merch-only line?

I think I know the answer but thought I’d check.

Yes you have to wait in the normal line - those are the only registers for the Starbucks stores.

Can confirm as we did this last week 4 times (once at each park). Good news is you still get the DVC/AP discount!

The usually have these at the flagship park stores as well. Creations in Epcot, Emporium in Magic Kingdom, Celebrity 5 & 10 in Studios, and Discovery Trading in Animal Kingdom. Much easier to purchase this way.

If you go at off-hours or during parades/fireworks, I've found the Starbucks locations are much less crowded. Best time to go is about 15-30 minutes prior to park closing.
