Buying Magic Band in Advance

A friend of mine is currently in the US at disney. I am going to disney in a years time, would it be worth me asking her to pick me up two magic bands for my trip so that i can customise them in advance rather that waiting till i go and not being able to customise them myself. thanks

they alredy changed the technology and regular tickets work with it too don't need bands but can get em if you want

a MB (or more) from many, many locations at WDW, and bring the MBs back to you.

I think the bands will work for a few years so you may as well get one now if you want it. They are cute.

Will they have more on that site soon do you think? I saw where there is a lot of character themed magic bands now? We are going in November and would love to buy them ahead of time and let everyone pick which one they want.

The solid colors are available on the store and options if you stay on site

Special bands such as characters, party, and limited edition bands, will only be sold within the parks

We had family bring ours home in Feb for our July trip then in July we brought home some for other family heading down next year. We got Tink, Buzz & Woody and Stitch then had the characters sign them to keep as a cool souvenir!
