Buying just the Dining plan?

Can you buy the dining plan without staying at a Disney resort? We got an incredible deal on housing but I wanted the dining plan too but can't seem to find a way to book it on their website. Please help! TIA!

OK, so I read that you have to be staying on the resort to get the plan but I am staying there for one night. Is it possible to get the plan for more nights that just the one?

I may be wrong but I thought the DDP was tied to the number of nights that you stay at a Disney resort.

The dining plan is only part of a WDW package - including tickets and hotel. Disney considers it to be a perk to being an onsite guest and don't extend it to off site guests.

The dining plan is tied to the number of nights you are staying. So you could buy it for 1 day if you stay 1 night.
