Buying groceries

Has anyone used strollers and groceries.com for grocery purchases? We rented a stroller from them and get free delivery for groceries with stroller rental. Thank you for any comments/suggestions.

We did. We don't go until October so I can't comment just yet. But I found the ordering process easy and customer service has been great.

Yes and I would not recommend them at all! My order was never delivered to the hotel when I logged into my account there was no order history but my credit card had been charged. When I called they tried to blame me! Saying I must have done something wrong while ordering. I order a lot of things online and have never had a problem so I really don't think that was the problem. Finally she had me give her my order again and then said that she couldn't deliver until the next morning. This was two days after the order was supposed to arrive and we had ordered milk and juice for our baby so it was a huge inconvenience. I understand mistakes happen but at a minimum she really should have been truly apologetic and ensured things were delivered the next day. A discount should have been given too because we had to buy things at the hotel. Save yourself the hassle and just pay the $14 extra for garden grocer, I wish I had!

I used gardengrocer.com on a previous trip and they were great.. food was waiting for us at the hotel when we arrived
