In it, it says to never buy groceries at dollar stores because often the products are counterfeit products or made for international destinations and not approved for US consumption. It also says the same about vitamins and over-the-counter drugs.
Stick with cleaning products, greeting cards, wrapping paper, dog toys, etc.
