Buying DVC APs and TIW Cards

We're making our first trip "home" in less than two weeks (yay!), and we're planning to purchase our first DVC Annual passes and a Tables in Wonderland card this trip. (double yay!)

We'll be getting into WDW in the evening and spending a night at POP before moving to BLT for a week. Upon arrival, I'm thinking of going straight to Downtown Disney to buy the APs and and TIW card so that we don't have to mess around with this stuff our first morning in the parks. Does anyone know WHERE in Downtown Disney I can purchase these items?

One of the Guest Relations is located next to Team Mickey in the Marketplace. There's another on the West Side but I'm not sure where exactly.

In the Marketplace it is between Ghirardelli and the Disney ESPN/Sports store. I learned the location of the office on the West Side the hard way (carrying a 3 year old through huge crowds in 90 degree heat!) It is right next to the DisneyQuest ticket booths. The confusion stemmed from the fact that I am pretty sure it used to be where they now sell the balloon rides, hence the trudging all over DTD!

Thanks for the info you two -- since we'll be driving in, I wanted to know as precisely as possible where to go so that my poor husband isn't trekking all over after a long drive. And, cbnsoul, maybe it would help to look at your pain as our gain?

Or maybe not!
