Buying Disney gift cards onboard

Has anyone noticed if Disney gift cards are sold in any shops onboard ships (Fantasy in particular)?
Our family has an upcoming cruise. One of the things I wanted to do was to treat my 3 grandchildren to a shopping trip to ship gift shop. I know my two younger grands will have multiple choices, but my teen grandson is the problem. He is at age where he generally just wants gift cards for presents. I think he would like a Disney gift card to later spend at Disney World. Do any of shops sell them and if so which ones?

This may not be your desired option however there is a little non-secret secret if you have a Target RedCard (either credit or debit). You actually get the usual 5% discount like you do with other items. This is not the case for most other gift cards. The discount is because they are noted as an "entertainment" item and not a regular standard gift card.
