Buying direct with increase coming

I bought resale a few years ago at BCV now I was thinking of buying VGF because they have lower dues . I wanted to buy them direct my question is has anyone bought direct then sold their resale contract and put that money down on the direct contract?

Yes. I just did that in the spring. I ended up buying 300 VGF to get my price down to $179/point. Sold SSR 200 points to offset some of it!

I also did it with selling BWV to buy RIV in 2019. It was well worth it for us.

RIV is our top resort and VGF is second!
