Buying BLT

I'm ready to pull the trigger but I'm wondering if there's any advantage to buying in person. I toured the models when there on 9/25 but couldn't purchase until 10/5. Is there any advantage to purchasing in person, not at the world but at Doorway to Dreams? I was somewhat underwhelmed with my guide on the tour. Is there a way to buy at doorway and still give him partial credit?

I think the only advantage to purchasing in person is that you do not have to get your mortgage agreement notarized if you do it in person. We had to have that notarized.

Other than some extra incentives available on the DVC Members Cruise, there have been no reports of any different incentives at Doorway to Dreams or the CA sales centers. All BLT sales have been based on $112 per point with a $5 incentive for add-ons of 100 points of more - new purchases have a 160 point minimum (also with the $5 discount).
