Buying AP's via Member Services

Can we still link up the DVC annual passes with MDE if we buy them via phone? The online system has been down for 3 days and I want to get my passes so I can make my FP+ reservations. Time is getting close, we leave in less than 6 weeks!

I'm able to add a DVC Member priced AP to my cart at disneyworld.disney.go.com/passes/. I stopped at the payment section since I currently have valid pass and don't need (or want) to purchase another one.

I was trying to click the link on the dvcmember site. Doh! I never thought of going through the main website first, that would have been too logical!
