Buying APs at SOG: vouchers or activated?

When you buy APs from SOG, are they vouchers or are they actived? I suppose I could call them but I'm trying for answers here first.

Never mind. I decided to quit being lazy and just call them, they are vouchers.
 
How much are the AP's thru SoG? I don't see them listed on the attractions list.
