In the last six months, I bought two 25 point OKW2057 and one 30 point OKW2057 contracts. I sold a 25 point and a 50 point VB contact as well as a 45 point HH contract. The process was easy and pleasant and left me with more points available now, more 11 month power at OKW, longer contracts, and lower maintenance fees.

My point is that many people live with the point arrangement that they have because they think it is too complicated and too expensive to buy and sell. Fortunately, one great advantage of DVC over other timeshares is that it is not. :thumbsup2

I will echo this...we are currently in the process of selling both of our SSR contracts (one is under agreement already) and planning to use that money to buy OKW contracts. TTS has made this process very easy thus far and we are looking forward to being OKW owners as we just love the resort :)
It is much easier than some people think and has been relatively painless!

It's great that DVC's product is one that does have a market! Good for us all as we try to find the right "mix" for us!

I forgot to mention that I also sold all three of my contracts through the Timeshare Store and was pleased with their efforts. I do not know if it would have gone as well if I had sold them using another company.

I bought all three of my OKW 2057 contracts through Disney. This purchase was probably easier than any resale and allowed me to buy easily resalable small contracts and to get the 2057 expiration date. :goodvibes
