We're going to be in Universal for one or two days in April. I want to use my AP to get the 15% off for my families tickets. Do we just buy the tickets at the gate? Or do we have to buy them ahead of time? Thanks!

you can but them at the gate... or you can order them in advance. if you buy a 2 park, 3day((3rd day is free)) ticket, you get 20% off... for just a 2 park oneday ticket... you get 15% off... just make sure you have your ap and that you know that you can only get in 4 other people with your discount per day...

Thanks so much. Is there any advantage to buying them ahead of time? Also, do you know the prices of both above mentioned tickets? I'm wondering if it's worth it to just get the two park, one day ticket.(I didn't even know there was a two park, one day ticket! I learned something new!) We're not sure we'll get there a second day.

the 2 day 1 park ticket is only available at the gate. it's 84.00 with tax for adults. get there early to avoid the lines at ticket purchasing. with your AP, you'll be paying 72.00, the same price as a child's ticket.

Is that right? Should it be 1 day 2 parks?

Anyone know if you can get an AP discount on the bonus pass? Thanks!

DH has an AP and we usually buy a 3 day- 2 park ticket. We DO NOT get the one that has one day free because there's a time limit to use the days. Don't know if they still offer it, but we find with Ap discount this 3 day ticket is usually right around $100. we go twice a year and usually only do US/IOA one day each trip, so it ends up being about $34 day (for both parks) and lasts us for 1 1/2 years.

Do you have the link to be able to purchase these online? I have an AP and have exactly 4 others (2 adults and 2 kids) coming with me and it would be great if we could get a discount. TIA :cool1:

We also have an AP and our son, need 3 tickets, is coming with us in August. I want the buy 2 get 1 free which is good for us. Am posting so I hear any replies as to ordering on line or before by phone. Thanks.

I don't see anywhere online that you can enter your AP discount when ordering tickets for your family, even after logging on to the AP passholder page. It mentions the 15% discount on additional passes but no place to order. I suggest you either buy them at the park or call the passholder hotline number listed on the back of your AP. You can probably order by phone.
