buying a villa in Orlando....Advise

Hi,

Hope I am posting on the right board....has anyone brought a villa in Florida??? if so what advise can you give, which company did you use?? good/bad experience....pls...

We have seen some nice villas being built in a place called Watersong...the directions they have given are not very clear, so cannot make out how far out...and as ususal it says minutes from Disney!!!!!

To visit Watersong, take I-4 to Exit 58 (CR 532). Turn east on CR 532 and go 1.5 miles to Lake Wilson Road. Turn right and go 1 mile to CR 54 (Ronald Reagan Parkway). Turn left and go 2 miles to Hwy. 17-92. Turn right and go 1.5 miles to the entrance on the left...

Any ideas??? sounds abit far out to me....

Anyway - all advise welcome...

Simon has a section in his Orlando guide book on purchasing villas in Florida. It seemed to be useful information. It might be a good starting point for you.
