buying a point and shoot digital need help

Hi Gang....haven't posted in awhile but remembered my Dis board buddies and thought you could help.

My parents are heading out west and need a new camera. They want digital with 5 megapixels at least. Needs to be super simple to use with clear quality pics under $200. Is this possible?

I shoot with a Rebel XT so its been a while since I bought a quick point and shoot camera......need ideas to share with them.
