I'm sorry if this in the wrong place, but I left my charger in the hotel on the way down to WDW yesterday. Is there any place to buy a charger on property? Preferably in Animal Kingdom, where we will be tomorrow. It's an IPhone 5s. Thanks.

I got a charger for my Andriod a few months back at the Boardwalk gift shop. I would try the gift shop there and see if they have one.

Go to the front desk and ask if they have one in the Lost and Found. With an iPhone 5 it's a bit less likely since you need a USB charger with a lightning connector cord.

Unless of course you have the cable, then you just need pretty much any USB charger.

Your Android phone I bet uses Micro USB-B connector. The iPhone uses either a Dock connector (pre-iPhone 5) or Lightning (iPhone 5 and later.)

If they just need a USB charger, because they have the cable, then I'd use the front desk.

AK isn't too far from Target. Head towards AKL, turn left on Sherberth Rd. and right on 192. Target will be a few lights down on your left-hand side.

I'm like 99% sure Disney now makes a charger. We were looking at them in the Emporium on Main St

We had a similar problem. 3 days into our trip, my son's charging cord broke. We did have a hard time finding a lightening cord, but they are there. Pop only had charging kits for the older models and android....but we found a 5 cord at, of all places, the gift shop at Typhoon Lagoon. Another guest also told me there was a cell phone shop downtown, but we didn't need look as we found one elsewhere.

So if one gift shop doesn't have them....try another. Many of the CM's didn't have much knowledge about what they carry in phone accessories. You'd think with the new technology and people expected to have smart phones all day long.....the chances of replacements being needed would be pretty good.

regards

I know my daughter has an Iphone :thumbsup2 I was just thinking that if they had one for mine then they would surely have something for the Iphone.

I ordered one from Amazon and had it sent overnight. We had no car and I didn't feel like trekking all over the property trying to find one.
