Buyer Beware

Wish they would be a bit more explicit on that! Thanks for posting.

Hope it alerts people.

Also the transportation is NOT Disney transportation.

careful with that one, they are or were better busses

The off-site resort buses don't run with the high frequency of WDW buses.

If you don't catch your bus to WDW at the right time, you could be in for a long wait.

And, generally, forget about going directly to the park you happen to want that day.

That was my point.

Do you mean the DTD buses were better? I disagree. While they were easy enough to use, and I didn't mind the schedule..the bus stops were often out in no man's land at the parks. One park has the bus stop in the MIDDLE OF THE PARKING LOT! Extremely dangerous in my opinion.

stayed on the blvd several times before we became on site snobs;) never had to wait for a bus and they were more comfortable than the disney busses, more like the magical express busses.

you are right about the "assigned parking grid" for this transportation i had forgotten that aspect of it. end of a hot day sitting on the hot pavement out in the middle of nowhere. i take the comment about "better" back.

I think those hotels could draw more people in by stating "SAVE 3 TO 4 THOUSAND DOLLARS BY NOT STAYING ONSITE" :thumbsup2

I'm going to move this over to our Orlando resorts and attractions board.

Nooooo. The idea is that if you ( or I ) could save thousands of dollars by staying offsite...you (or I) could save even more by not going at all. My vacation costs me big time;) It's supposed to be funny.

Just what onsite perks do they offer anyway? I can't think of a single one.
