I can't decide where to hop or not. The hoppers would be approx $295 for us. We used to hop and the past couple years we haven't, although it does limit dinner choices a bit. I have 2 days scheduled for both MK and Epcot. DHS is not our favorite park to start with, but would you regret missing it? How would all the construction walls effect your decision? I am trying to decide early so I can plan my ADRs accordingly. TIA

Construction walls would not deter me at all. They are mostly in the back of the park. I'm headed down for 3 park days later today and part of two days will be spent at HS. But, it has my favorite ride in all of Disney and it is either my favorite or second favorite park, depending on what day you ask me, so for me it is a can't miss park. I would absolutely have hoppers and visit HS.

The reports of "all the construction walls" are greatly blown out of purport ion.

Very few attractions have been closed at DHS, and the ones that are closed were not the "top tier" attractions, regardless.

OK thanks. We don't do RRC or ToT at all and my boys don't care for the Princessy shows, So I guess we still have TSMM, Muppets, GMR. What else? I do miss Backlot Tour.

Star Tours, Indiana Jones stunt show, Jedi Training Academy, Fantasmic, Star Wars fireworks (you can't do both Fantasmic and the Star Wars fireworks, though, because the times conflict).

We love DHS, we don't do RRC or TOT either but my girls do love the shows and we rode TSMM a lot in one day, mostly right before Star Wars fireworks. We loved the star wars fireworks, my oldest did Jedi training, the launch area is cool too if you are star wars fans.

Instead of paying for the park hoppers, why not make it a possible resort/pool day? Do all you want to do at HS either in the morning or plan for the late afternoon evening, and then spend the rest of the day enjoying the things at your resort you may not always have time to do. Hopping ONE time just would not be worth the extra money to me.

Good idea but it is a short trip for us anyway since we are going on a 4 day weekend bc teens cant miss school. We only have 2 days at each Mk and Epcot and I don't think any of my family is willing to give up one of those park days for DHS / pool (in January) day. DHS has always been a half day park for us anyway. I think i may have just answered my own question.
