Have you thought about getting that split into two contracts, maybe 100 and 150 points? If you haven't considered it, you should. Lots of advantages with no disadvanteges as far as I can tell. you'll need to decide before you finalize the purchase.

You never know 5, 10, 15 years from now, there may be a great new DVC you want to change some of your SSR points for or you may change travel habits and not need as many. Having the multiple contracts allows you to sell one. Plus, the smaller point contracts sell at a higher $ per point price on the resale market....just something to think about.

That 50 might not go too far

We have 250 at the BCV. So we're thinking we'll bank 50 AKV points every other year.

So, every other year we'll have 100 AKV points. Plus the 250 BCV.
