I really do not want to pay for the No Expiration option @ $55 per ticket.

An Adult AP with no water Parks costs $420.68

The (MYW Premium) 10 day Park Hopper Plus with 5 Magic Plus Options for an adult costs $310.30 <--- DOES NOT HAVE THE NO EXPIRATION

A difference of $110.38 per ticket. Lots of savings for a family of 4 adult tickets.

We stay for 12 full days and 1 half day at WDW. The rest of our time is used for travel.

We do not go back to WDW till 2006. :teeth:

:confused3 Can I buy the 10 day MYW Premium ticket - WITHOUT the No Expiration option in 2005 - and use it for 2006 ?

Does the MYW ticket activate when I receive it in the mail ? Or does it activate when I go to WDW ?

If I buy the MYW ticket in 2005 and do not use it, does it expire on Dec 31, 2005 ?

Thanks for any advice :cool1:

If you do not buy the "No expiration " option, MYW tickets expire 14 days from first use.

MYW tickets expire 14 days after first use. There is no indication that the tickets will expire for non-use at any time. You should be able to purchase them today and use them at any point in the future.

But I don't really understand what you're asking. Are you going to WDW this year and in 2006? Or are you just going in 2006? If you're going in 2005 and 2006, are you truly planning on spending a full ten days in the Disney parks? Because otherwise, you may want to purchase a 10-day no expiration, use whatever you use this year, and then just add on to it next year.

Sorry to post - if I confused anyone...

Not going to WDW till 2006. Be in WDW for 12.5 days, stay at the Dolphin.

No trips planned in 2005 or 2007.

Looking to buythe 10 day Premium MYW pass without the $55 no expiration option this year - 2005 - just in case the prices go up.

The $110.38 savings per ticket vs the AP ticket will save us over $400.
We can get AAA rates at the Dolphin,

The DDE card at 20% off sit down meals - I figure would save us about $200
over our 12.5 days at WDW. - But the DDE is still not worth buying the AP.

The 10 day Premium MYW pass would give us 5 pluses.
Even if we just used 3 of them - it would still be a good deal.

Last time we went to WDW a the end of June, we had a whole day of rain Disney Quest would have been a nice option to have. Also my kids have wanted to go to the water parks and we never wanted to pay the extra cost.

I hope the above help clarify my question :goodvibes

I am planning on taking my Neice & Nephew along with my DD and I next May 2006...I am buying DD and I the 7 day pass with no options.... Then saving them till we go in 2006 and if we don't use all 7 days I will add the NO-Expiration option before we leave WDW that week... :cool1:

I am buying each pass as I get the money and setting them aside. This way it eases the cost factor. The other two I am not sure about. May just get them the 5 day pass. I know DD and I will be back, but not sure when my DN & DN will return.

I kind of like the new options...It is so much cheaper to stay longer!! That is how they get ya!! ;)
I want to stay 7 nights, but only do the parks for 4 days...We want some down time too. :rotfl:
