Buy AP and activate at the same window at MK?

DH and I already have activated APs. DD11 needs a new one. Can we buy the AP and activate it at the same window, or do we need to stand at two different lines? I was thinking of stopping at the closest DS to my house to buy one if that would save us time at the parks. Also, DD11 will need an adult pass, but she had no ID. How do we activate and prove its her if the finger scan doesn't like her?

You would just need to stand in one line to purchase and to activate the annual pass. Guest Services handles this. Our DD is 11 and didn't need any identification. When she had trouble with the scan, they just waved her on through with no questions asked.
