Hi everyone! We're going back in May 2015 for another Disney/Universal trip. For this past May, I was able to get 2 day Park to Park tickets with an additional day free through Undercover Tourist. I'm not sure if this is a special that is offered every year, but I'm wondering what you think the likelihood is that they will offer it again this winter/spring. Trying to figure out when the best time to buy the tickets will be. Thanks!

Likelihood is probably about a 1% chance. The reason they had it was to get people into the park instead of having them wait for Diagon Alley to open.

That's what I thought. Thank you! Can't wait to finally go back. We were able to see Diagon Alley behind the walls this past May, but alas, I can't jump that high yet :)

If you subscribe to the mousesavers newsletter, you get discounts that can't be found just on the mousesaver website. it comes out every month on the 15th. you can go to their website to subscribe to it.
this month had a link to Undercover tourist and does have the buy 2 day, get one free. it's actually not a whole day's cost off, but it is still a savings.

if you PM me your email address I will forward this months newsletter to you.

I purchased tickets from UT just this morning. I bought 5 tickets with the buy 2 days get the 3d day free promotion-NO EXPIRATION on these tickets unlike the ones that were offered in the spring. They are park to park tickets & I was very excited to have gotten them. I purchased from the mousesaver's link of this month's newsletter & payed $176.99 per ticket(INCLUDING tax & shipping). :)

yes, that is what I paid also. the free shipping was great! and I don't have to bother going to "will call"

Yep, got mine from UT for my Oct. trip. Bought them yesterday. Thanks to smidgy for posting that info! I am subscribed to the mousesavers newsletter, but just overlooked the buy 2 get 1 free link on UT.

I get so much help from the darkside board (esp from maccraven) glad I could finally help someone out!

If anyone is not subscribed to the newsletter, if you pm me your email address, I will forward it to you

Exactly how does going to "will call" work? We are contemplating adding US/IoA on to our Disney vacation, but we leave in 3 weeks so there isn't time to get them shipped to us. Do you just pick up the tickets at the park during certain hours? We'd get the single park per day tickets buy 2 get 1 day free. I do have the mousesavers newsletter.

for UO website ordering, i believe you need to wait 24 hours for kiosk pick up.
kiosk machines are open early each day.

guessing the same for will call at guest services for ticket pick up.
guest services outside of the park opens at least 30 minutes prior to park opening.

if you are going to use the mousesavers special discount order from UT, i don't know how much time to allow for delivery.
it should list on the site or on your confirmation email appoximate date to expect them.
they do advertise the paid delivery for quicker delivery for purchasing tickets.

i was reading on the theme park forums that some ordering from UT site directly had about a week wait for some tickets.

I ordered my tickets Thursday 7/17 and got the email today that they had shipped. I'll expect them to be here this week. So, can probably say safely no more than 1-1.5 weeks from order to delivery. There are faster delivery options for a fee, as stated earlier, but I'm 2 months away so chose the cheap/free route.

there is a will call window. you ring your voucher. I think once I went to a michine outside the aprk and just typed in the confirmation #. however it works, it will be explained when you choose that option.

it's no big deal, except you might have to wait in line. since we stay onsite we just went to will call outsied Islands of adventure on our first night. we weren't going to a park that night. we went and picked up the tikcets and enjoyed a little Citywalk

We ordered our tickets through Undercover Tourist this last Wednesday July 16, and we were very surprised to get our tickets on Monday July 21!!! I truly don't understand how they got them to us in 5 days, but we did not put a rush on them or anything. The tickets shipped out of Holly Hill, FL., first class USPS shipping free. We got 2 tickets (park to park) 2 days with the 3rd day free. They were near the same price as someone mentioned above, $177.99 each.
We plan on going this Christmas time and we'll stay at Royal Pacific so we can get the Express Pass.:dance3:
