Day 3 Birthday Breakfast with Pooh
Woke up at 7 a.m. Had a lovely bath and shower. Kids fast asleep till we woke them at 8 a.m. Freezing outside so ran back to get coats.Got bellhop to get us transport to MK with Claudio very thick accent. $28 gulp. Queues horrendous to get one day pass, security check ridiculous quick glance in bag.
Got to CP for our 10.20 PS and got in 10 mins later loads of people being turned away, having turned up on spec Duh dont they know better. Thanks Dis Boards.
Zach attacked by Tigger immediately carried off and swung around incontrollable giggles all around.
Breakfast was superb, really good character interaction, especially later as the place emptied out. Zach wanted to know where Owl and rabbit were so Piglet mimed in the shower. Zach got his Birthday muffin and Card now securely attached to scrapbook.
Found place to have a smoke then back to City hall to get GAC and Birthday badge for Zach. He also got his phone call from Goofy wishing him a happy birthday. Aaaaaah.
Caught the horse drawn trolley down to Cindys Castle. Had the acker(sp) pella singers on board and they just had to come up front to sing Happy birthday to Zach and then the Un-Birthday Song to Danny, who chortled all the way thro. I love this.
Watched the Cindarella Celebration at the Castle, right at the front. Then lost Zach AAAAAGH!!! Found him with the Orang utang (forget name) from jungle Book phew. Zach doesnt have a clue about queueing for interactions.
Then used Gac for mad hatters tea cups, Winnie the Pooh ride and Dumbo. Then started to get Hot!! Walked all around the park, but Zach was to excited to want to go on anything strange child. Got to City hall and staked out curb at 2.55 for parade. Zach liked it. Got Claudio to pick us up and back to hotel for 4.30. Walked up to Dennys for tea.
Baz T-Bone, fries and Onion rings,
Me Country fried steak, mash and O Rings
Zach Hotcakes with bacon and stars
Danny Soup and fries
Grand total - £24.00 with cokes and coffee all round
Bathed kids and Danny flaked out at 6.15, took Zach to gift shop to get munchies and beer. Zach also flaked out by 7.00. We watched adverts interspersed with news until 9.00, Baz hit the sack, I wrote up TR and followed suit.
