What is the name of the button/pin that makes cast members pay extra attention to you? WHERE do you get it?

I really don't know what you are referring to. There is an guest assistance pass for folks with special needs, is that what you mean? If so, you can get info on that on the disAbilities board.

If you're talking about the Today Is My Birthday pin you can pick it up at City Hall in MK.

There is also the Guest of Honor pins with your name on it....I have one and its kinda fun! CMs always say hi and adress you be name....the best was PUSH the talking garbage can in tommorrowland got a glimpse of my name and kept saying hi to me no matter who he was talking to.
You can get that at Downtown Disney or at MGM

I have a Guest of Honor badge also that I purchased at one of the stores just inside of MGM (Sorry, can't remember the name) - they had a lot ready made but made one special for me as I spell my name a little differently - got a lot of comments from Cast Members but also several guests thought that I was a Cast Member which my kids thought was hilarious!!

One of my sons also wore a Birthday Button on his 18th birthday a few years ago and it's become a family heirloom - being worn by the birthday person on his or her day - the running joke is that the honoree gets just about anything they want or they proclaim

"Don't MAKE me tap the button!!!"

(Guess you have to be there - it always makes me laugh!!!

OT:

A friend of mine once asked me if I thought she would like Disney, I told her to take a $100 bill into the bathroom with her.... flush it down the toliet... if it didn't bother her...she would LOVE Disney.

found at DTD in Days of Christmas store in rear...... by the way, does anyone know if you can get a "First Time Visitor" sticker? if you can, do you get it at Guest Relations in the park?? (my DS will be 5 1/2 and it's his first time to any Disney!!)
