Butterbeer?

Ok, this is just unbearable. I don't come down until the last day of August and last night I had a dream that I found an all you can drink butterbeer stand. I just can't wait to taste it and I do hope I like it after all the good things I've heard.

And how long before someone snags the recipe?

I think if J.K. Rowling wants to make more money, she should finance a brand of Harry Potter treats and drinks that can be sold in supermarkets.

I mean Disney is already selling itself out with Disney Eggs and Disney Apples. Why the heck not?

DH took a photo that proves the non frozen version is lightly carbonated (you can clearly see the bubbles). I'll post it later when I get it from his camera and dump it out on the web somewhere.

I am soooooooo addicted to butterbeer now ( non frozen ). To me, it tastes like a vanilla coke float with butterscotch and carmel flavored whipped topping.
One Tm said that the foam top reacts to the liquid to make it puff out.
She barely put any " top" on my butterbeer ( the 8th one I had overall ) and it went everywhere...on her bar, my arm, ..but that's okay cause it ended up in my stomach!!

My son is the only person I met that didn't like it...he loved the pumpkin juice.

Question about the refillable version(s)...

Is there one mug that can be alternately refiled with either version, or are there two completely seperate refillable mugs for both the frozen and non-frozen versions?

I'd like to try both, and I'd like to purchase a refillable mug, but I don't really want to purchase two refillable mugs, and I'd hate to get the refillable mug for the version I end up liking less... get me?

So anyway, anyone have insight on the cup options for me?

The mug is the same for both.
I wanted the beer mug for my butterbeer since I already had 6 mugs but they are not allowed to do that..so if you have a beer mug, beer only. Butterbeer mug, butterbeer only.

Universal must be testing the prices on Butterbeer too. We were there June 4 and a frozen butterbeer in the mug was $10.50. Previous posters said $8.50. Refills were $4.50. A cup (not in the mug) was $2.50.

On May 29 the Frozen Butterbeer was $9.50, refills were $4.25 and they weren't charging tax.
