Busy, busy, busy....

Has anyone else tried to call member services today?? The phone is constantly busy! Is there something going on that I don't know about today? Thanks!!

they were closed on Monday - so I would think it would be next week - besides this is the DECEMBER reservations - you know how many of us love the first two weeks of Dec.....

also alot of members make the year's reservations in January - I don't - but others seemed too.

As spiceycat says, it's mostly members calling to make those early December reservations. It's also questions about the recently announced:

* DVC discount for APs/PAPs,
* Magical Express for DVC members staying on points
* Disney Dining Experience. It's now available to those with APs/PAPs and not just for Florida residents.

Try calling later this afternoon or tomorrow. It should be easier to get through then. MS is open until 7 pm Eastern on Thursdays.

Keep redialing. I kept redialing for about 5 minutes yesterday morning and got through. You may want to try the 407#, others have reported success there.

Thanks everyone, I guess I'll just have to keep trying. Gosh, I've gotten a busy signal once or twice before, but never this long!! I guess everyone just needs there Mickey fix!! (me included!!)

I used the 407 number this morning and was only on hold about 3 minutes when I called. I got right through on the first call.

Same here, at about 9:03 eastern time.

I also got the busy signal on the 1-800 number. After trying a number of times over a 40 minute period, I finally used my cell phone and called the 407 number. I got through the first time and was on hold for five minutes.

Also got about a dozen busy signals and when I did get through the message predicted a 20 minute wait which was about how long I waited.
