Busses, Taxi's, and scooters.. OH MY!

Over the next two years my Grandparents will be coming with us to visit the world. Thy will both need EVC scooters. Now I've seen plenty of single scooter's on Disney transportation in the past, but I can't recall seeing 2 scooters on the same bus strapped in.
Do the Disney busses have the capability for transporting 2 scooters? I know I may need to wait for the right bus at times, but I just want to know if it is possible.
Also, Any thoughts on taxi services, or mobility taxi's that can transport 2 scooters?

Yes, almost all busses will accomodate 2 wheelchairs or scooters, as long as there isn't already one on board.

Any thoughts about taxi's if I'm in a hurry or need to do a complicated transfer (Resort to Resort for dining for example)

I don't have any experience with taxis and scooters. You may want to pose this question on our disABILITIES! board There are a lot of very experienced people over there that can help you with all the nuances of traveling with scooters
