Busses running early enough?

Hi All -

I am making ADRS for our upcoming Vow Renewal trip in June 2008 - I have made a reservation for CRT at MK for 8:30am. The opening time for the park is 9:00am. Will the resort busses be running early enough for us to make the reservation or will we need to use Taxis?

I think the busses will be running in plenty of time for you to make it. But I was wondering about the same thing as I am planning a trip for later on in the year. I plan to make a breakfast reservation at the Crystal Palace for 8:00 but I will need to get from the French Quarter to the Magic Kingdom in time to make the ADR.

I doubt if a taxi would be much help, since I doubt if they are allowed to drop people off at the Magic Kingdom. They might have to let you off at the Transportation Center, where you would still have to take the boat or the monorail to get to the park. I'll be watching this thread with interest to see what others think.

We had ADR at Crystal Palace last March at 8 a.m. and stayed at FQ. We caught the bus at 7:30 and made it to MK about five til 8. It was a piece of cake! We walked along main street with hardly anyone around, and a nice security officer took our picture in front of the castle. We had to wait about 5-10 minutes to be seated once they opened the door so we actually didn't sit down until 8:20 or so. You'll make it; don't stress.

The resorts busses will be running in time to get you there for your ADR. Just check the times of the first busses at your resort's front desk. Getting into MK before the "official' opening is one of the best photo ops in Disney, in my opinion, since you can take pics of your gang on Main Street and in front of the Castle with no one else in the pics!
