Being in the Senate just means you are in the Senate has nothing to do with economic knowhow. Obama has some expirence with economical issues unlike McCain who just voted on things without never having to really think about things.

Not all small business owners are incorporated. The $250K does affect them. So, now he's decided not to lift the SS cap?

Being incorporated or not has nothing to do with it. What matters is whether you've got $250,000 of taxable income, AFTER deductions, including business expenses.

Regarding SS taxes, Obama's plan is to leave the current cap as is but have the SS tax kick back in at $250,000. So you pay the current amount on income up to the cap, then nothing on the next $148,000 or so.

Actually, it would take very little effort for you to drill down to the root of the problem; Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac with the democrats blocking every attempt at regulation proposed by the president 17 times, and other republicans. It was blocked coming out of committee. Chris Dodd and Obama received the most funds from Fannie and Freddie. Barnie Frank swore it was solvent.

Simple, they don't trust the possible winners policies and how it would affect their money so they are pulling it out to take advantage of todays policies and are now sitting on it waiting to see what will happen before they reinvest.

Being in the Senate just means you are in the Senate has nothing to do with economic knowhow. Obama has some expirence with economical issues unlike McCain who just voted on things without never having to really think about things.

Now, it was caused by EVERYONE, top all the way down to the bottom and to say otherwise is disingenous. There is too much blame to go around to point fingers.

Mccain didn't say anything at the debate about AIG did he? He didn't even back Obama up when he said that AIG went on a huge retreat either.

I mean I would have given him kudos for that. But he didn't because Mccain didn't see anything wrong with that.

He is also going to tax that $5000 bucks that we would get if Mccain wins he is going to tax that so you really only get $3500 -
