Business center/business printing on Fantasy

Hi! My husband has a major work deadline while we are on the Fantasy next month, and he will likely want to proofread the document while on board.

Is there a business center where he'd be able to print out the latest version while we are on the Fantasy?

There is no official business center on the Fantasy, but plenty of areas where he can sit and work on his laptop
I also sometimes need to print stuff onboard, and the only way to do it is at Guest Services. They'll give you an internal email address, you send them the file & they'll print it for you. Its not immediate, you send the email & it takes them a while to get to it and print it, in my experience 15-30 minutes. They can also scan for you if you need that.

Thanks! So it sounds like there is nowhere he'd be able to print something without sending it to a cast member first? He's going to be working on a privileged document, so won't want to send it to a CM.

Worst case scenario, he will just work on it on his laptop on our verandah or at the adult pool. Working there is going to be a lot better than working at home!

The sit down breakfast restaurants are also a nice place to get work done in the morning. On the transatlantic two years I had to get some work done and my daughter had a ton of homework. Each morning we would have breakfast as a family and afterwards my daughter and I would stay behind and work for an hour over tea and extra pastry. The dining room was quiet and we had extra table space. There were plenty of empty tables so it wasn’t like we were taking a table from someone who was waiting.

Correct--that is the only way to print it. However, incorrect that there is any problem with using the guest services email to acces their printer. Sharing the document with someone working as your agent for the purpose of printing it will not break the privilege. It is no different than having FedEx/Kinkos print a bunch of privileged documents for a work meeting or court, which I'm sure your husband does all the time.
