I prefer to print my airline boarding passes before I leave for the airport. At BWV, my home resort, I just go to the business center and print them out. Is there a place at OKW that I can print my boarding pass?

I'm using ME, but my airline (NWA) is not one of the listed participants.

Any info you can share with me will be greatly appreciated!

On my stay at POR in January, we just went to the concierge area and they were happy to print boarding passes for us.

You can ask them to print out the boarding passes at the front desk or concierge desk at OKW. We have done it several times.

Thank you both for the great tips! Concierge it will be!

Printing TIP while at OKW: try print to FAX! :D

We asked both the front and concierge desks for help printing a few documents (not boarding passes) during our recent visit. Both directed use to try the business center at BWV/BWI or other locations. Later a CM came up with a far better suggestion -- send the documents to the OKW fax machine.

We spent a few moments back in the room reconfiguring the laptop to "print to fax" and sent them directly to the OKW fax using the internal phone system (no external phone charge, etc). The results were perfect.

Certain airlines let you check your luggage at OKW and check-in at the same time. That was very convenient last month when we were at OKW.

Great information! Thanks everyone!

As long as you go to the concierge desk during regular buisness hours at OKW, they will print it out for you. We do this all the time. I've NEVER been directed to go to BWI to do it.

I also have never been directed to go to BW to print out our boarding passes. Concierge has done it several times now for us---takes all of a minute or two.
The only time I had trouble was last August when there was a wdw system-wide computer failure (around August 15 or so) and I had to go offsite to a Kinkos about 15 min away.

At SSR they have a special booth next to the Bell service stand manned by a MCO airport employee, We checked our bags and she checked us in and printed our boarding passes.

I agree, you can also get them printed at GR in the parks.

I fly NWA also, and two weeks ago at the Boardwalk, I was able to check my luggage and get my boarding pass right in the lobby next to Bell Services. I just took my flight information along with my luggage, and they handled it all from there. I assume they will do the same at OKW, because there is a sign there (outside the door to the lobby) that says "airline check-in". I absolutely love checking my luggage at the resort and not seeing it again until I de-plane in Memphis!
