Busiest Days at US/IOA

We are heading to Universal next year...May 27-June 3. What are the busiest days in the parks during that timeframe. We want to spend a day at Discovery Cove and another day at Seaworld and wondering what would be best...should we go to Discovery Cove on Saturday since they are limited in attendance and it's the weekend?

Stay away from Memorial Day weekend if at all possible but any other day should be fine. The summer crowds have not descended on the parks yet so it's not too busy.
