Joe - thank you so much for the article.

I suspect history will show Bush was right about ALOT of things.

I agree. Unfortunately, some can't give any credit where credit is due. It takes a much bigger person to say "Hey, I was wrong" than to continue to make snide and snotty remarks to keep making themselves feel better.mafibisha said:Thanks for posting, Joe.

Planogirl said:So once again if someone doesn't agree or has doubts they're picking on poor old President Bush. Same tiresome song, 1000th verse.

But I'll join you in thanking the troops and wishing Godspeed to the Iraqis who are currently trying to sort out their government.
Have any of you praising Joe's OP even read the news reports about these tapes? Instead of reading the op-ed piece that Joe posted, you might want to do a simple search and you'll see that there isn't a whole lot of meat to this story at all. No rational, unbiased reader of any of the actual reports would say that it proves that President Bush deserves an apology for being right on WMDs because of these tapes.WonderfulDreamer2 said:I agree. Thanks Joe.

America-haters betray our way of life when they take issue with George Bush. It is our duty as Americans to keep our collective mouths shut and blindly follow his every directive. The only way to show your support for our brave troops abroad is to show our support for our brave President here at home.
Anything less constitutes behavior that can be fairly labeled as treasonous. But do treasonous, America-hating liberals care? Of course not. The only thing these traitors get worked up over are their soymilk lattes. Liberal Bush-haters are too busy making hotel reservations at the Sundance Film Festival to give more than a passing thought to the issues that concern real Americans.
So I say we support our President by posting every suspect piece of drivel we can find on this message board. And we post this drivel without regard to its validity. Lets face it, the value of news isnt determined by its truthfulness. The only value news has is whether it can unconditionally support our President. News that defends our president is highly valuable. News that exposes our President as inept and incompetent (no matter how truthful) has no value whatsoever.
