Buses to I drive

So on our second day we have to go down to International drive,we will be with out a car and dependent on Buses(taxi just seems to pricey to go that far). We will be leaving from POP and need to go down almost to Universal studios(I reliaze that US Is not located on I drive but useing that as a gauge) what Is the best ,quickest route to I drive?

We found buses really good the Linx Buses from near DTD so would need to get a resort bus to DTD then on the Lynx I remember getting off I think near Seaworld and Changing onto another bus and that took us along International Drive as we went to the Florida Mall on the Bus.

I cant find the Bus number although I am sure someone knows the Bus numbers on here or you could look at their maps but the Lynx defo goes or you could change at Seaworld onto the I trolley too, they both have websites but unsure how to post them sorry, but we used buses alot 2 years ago.

So I wonder where you catch It around DTD and what numbers?. If you have to transfer at Seaworld, whats the connections there?. Thanks

I am at work at moment when I have a quiet moment will look it up for you but you can catch bus at DTD behind the Cirque de Soleil place or the other place is quite complicated to explain but here goes, from where the buses drop you off at DTD there is a big junction near there well you cross over road then again to get to the far side it is the road that leads up to the Crossroads if that makes sense - I will try to find the name of road in a while,
together with bus numbers

Ok here goes, Lynx 50 bus goes from Downtown Disney and westside Disney, the Westside one is behind cirque du soleil walk through westside then around rear of building to the right hand side (north side) there are places to sit there whilst you wait there, the charge is approx $2 each we did not have to pay for 6 year old children. The bus stops outside Seaworld and opp renaisaance hotel, the drivers are good for telling you where to get off too.

I would then cross over road to catch the I trollet (You can google the Map) it goes all along International Drive stopping at attractions along the way, when returning you want to get the Lynx from the renaissance side of the road back to downtown disney,

PS I trolley costs were a couple of dollars too - well cheap as opposed to taxi rides.

Thanks Charleys Cat, Big help!! I will go to both Lynxs and the I-trolley web site to get more Info,I forgot the nmaes of the Bus companys. I new someone could Bail me out,very Bad memory here!!. About how long does It take to get to I drive?

From Memory (2 years ago) lol, it was about 15/20 mins to Seaworld and about 5 / 10 mins International drive, just a note though, if you want to go to aquatica like we did walk diagonal across Seaworld Car Park towards entrance and there is a free shuttle to take you to and from Aquatica / Seaworld so no walking involved if interested.
