Buses to/from select resorts to Typhoon Lagoon - during H2O Glow?

I know that bus service resumed between some of the resorts and Typhoon Lagoon earlier this summer. I am wondering if anyone has had any recent experience of whether those buses run late enough to get back from H2O Glow when it ends at 11 pm? Our would our only option be getting a ride-share like Uber? Thanks!

When we visited TL in June, staying at Bay Lake Tower, the bus went directly to the park at opening time (even though Contemporary was not on the list of participating resorts that Disney shared). But that service (from any resort) was only for travel TO Typhoon in the morning. There were no buses directly to resorts from the park, at any time during the day or evening, only buses to Disney Springs.

I am assuming that for H20 Glow, buses will run to Disney Springs, and you will have to catch a resort bus from there. Disney will definitely provide some sort of service for its resort guests.

I will report back if no one shares an actual experience before we go to the 8/19 party, staying at Coronado.

You will get home. They will not leave you stranded and if needed there might even be someone there who asks you what resort you need to go to and call you a private bus.

The bus route are sometimes combined at the end of the night. For example I ran a Boardwalk, Wilderness Lodge and Contemporary BLT run last time. But buses run until TL is empty.
Good to hear! So are there buses lined up, and cast members telling you which bus to get on for each resort?

This is only for the end of the parties, right? Because there are no buses direct to resorts from TL during the day or at the end of regular hours.

Yes the very first load zone to the left as you exit has a bus and cast members there to guide you. Correct. This is for parties only. There are direct buses from select resorts during normal operations.

Do you know if buses will run to get us to the party? I had been contemplating moving our hotel reservation to one of the moderates that had been advertised as having the water park bus service, like Coronado Springs, but decided to stick with our existing reservation at the Yacht Club. I had assumed we'd have to get an Uber over to Typhoon Lagoon for the start of the party from Yacht Club since it wasn't on that list of resorts with bus service, but is there a chance that a bus would be running?

I am not certain about getting to Typhoon. I always work nights but I am thinking you have to transfer at the springs to get to Typhoon.

I am leaving H20 Glow right now.

There are no individual resort buses to any resort. All guests must take the bus to Disney Springs and transfer there to their resort’s bus.

@tzvdmd, is this new?

We attended H20 Glow in mid-June and there were no resort buses from the waterpark. All guests had to go first to Disney Springs and then transfer to their resort bus there.

To me at least. The last H2O Glow I worked we went to the resorts from Typhoon. I haven't worked one for a while now but possibly this coming Wednesday.

Every resort? Interesting. I asked the cast member since you had written that, and he said they always had everyone transfer at DS. Please report back!

Sorry I was thinking of the DVC Moonlight Magic special ticket events. The information about transferring at Springs is correct. I apologize.
