Buses still run early in the off season?

DH & I are staying at WL starting on 1/30. Since Roaring Forks is closed we were thinking of trying to have breakfast at some of the monorail resorts for fun. Maybe one at the Poly (Kona) and something at GF.

I was thinking of taking a bus (or boat?) to MK, then getting on the monorail. The parks open at 9am, so do the buses start running at 8am or 7am?

Any advice? Does anyone know when the buses start running from the resorts? I didn't know if it changed in the off season.

The busses always run very early (even before the boats start running).

We go to WDW often in all the "off-seasons" and can get to early Resort breakfasts using the busses and/or monorails.

For instance, if the MK is not open until 9am, we can still catch a bus from any All Star to MK at, say, 7:30am and then take the monorail to the Poly's Ohana for an 8am character breakfast.
