Buses at All Star Movies

I have stayed at almost all of the value resorts. I can remember there being times when we couldn't get on the bus because it was already full from the previous stop. Can anyone tell me if the All Star Movies is the first, second, or third stop of the value resorts please?

Sometimes, ASMO has it's own dedicated bus. This is especially true at the Magic Kingdom, and at other peak times. We've stayed there twice and only had a real bad bus issue one time. All in all, I think bus service at the All Stars gets a bad rap on here and is better than what most think.

Hi
I've stayed at ASM twice in the last two years. I found the only time the bus went to the other resorts was when you left a Disney Park in the middle of the day, or when you went to the Water parks, but this was in December so the water parks were not that popular!!

At park closing time each All Star resort had its own bus. I've never had a problem with the buses and I highly recommend ASM. Hope you have a great time!

ASMo is stop number 3 at the All Stars when the bus is being shared. That can create a problem, especially early in the morning when everyone is waiting to board a bus.

Your best bet is to be THE earliest one out there, or wait until the masses have already been picked up.:)

We have stayed at ASMo twice and have never had to share a bus with the other All-stars.

We were just at AS Movies and it shared with the other All Stars except for the Magic Kingdom. I thought bus service here wasn't so great. We waited a lot for buses especially from DD. We sat there 35 mins and saw a bus for every resort but ours come through. I wasn't alone in noticing.

Also we waited quite a long time at the resort for buses to the parks. We had to wait about 30 mins for a bus to the MK on the night of our Princess Party and it was only 4:00.

We stayed at ASMO Dec 4 - 11 during pop warner. Having read all the comments about bus service from the value resorts we decided to book our rental car pick up for midway through our stay. We were so impressed with the bus service that the car stayed where we parked it until the day we left. The longest wait was on a weekend day to MK, 20 mins I believe. This wait included the time it took to load two motorized scooters through the back doors. We shared a bus a few times with the other values but only to the parks. Once we were third pick up all other times we were first or only pick up. I think my hubby stood once to the parks and both of us once on the way back to the resorts. On return to the resort we always had our own bus and really only had short waits (less than 15mins). Even at park closing time. I wouldn't even consider not using the bus service if we return. All in all it was a pleasant experience.
